Where To Buy Makita HM1202C 20-Pound Demolition Hammer

Very satisfied with the power and the lower noise factor is great. Unfortunately I was unable to view "what's in the box" or I would have added two extra SDS max chisel bits 2" x 12" and 3" x 12" to my purchase. This is a great choice at a very good price.Get more detail about Makita HM1202C 20-Pound Demolition Hammer.

Shop For Factory-Reconditioned Skil 2336-02-RT iXO Lithium-Ion Cordless Screwdriver

I was looking for a replacement for my dying cordless screwdriver and this seemed a good buy at an inexpensive price. For something like this, I am not too scared to buy reconditioned. However, I recommend you read the product descriptions very closely. In the description from the manufacturer, it said a 34-piece bit set was included. However, in the description from the seller it omitted that description. Not really realizing the difference, I ordered the unit. It came quickly and is about what I expected. However, no 34-piece bit set. Instead, just two little 1/4 inch screw driver tips. It was a good price, very cheap, but missing some items which would have made it much more useful.Get more detail about Factory-Reconditioned Skil 2336-02-RT iXO Lithium-Ion Cordless Screwdriver.

DEWALT DC728KA Heavy-Duty 14.4-Volt Ni-Cad Cordless 1/2-Inch Drill/Driver Kit Review

I purchased this drill on line through [...]. I got a great deal on the drill and so far no issues (about $[...] with shipping when it was all said and done). Have been using it for a few days now and it already extends the battery life of some of the less expensive cheaper drills I have owned. I like the fact that it comes with a second battery and the charger all in one tool kit. Exceptional versatility and power for a 14.4 volt drill/driver. It has all the power of an 18 volt but its easier to work with and is lighter in weight. I love DeWalt products, would highly recommend for the price. One little annoyance is the case is a pain to open up when laying flat, other than that, great drill for the money...I hope it lasts me a long time!Get more detail about DEWALT DC728KA Heavy-Duty 14.4-Volt Ni-Cad Cordless 1/2-Inch Drill/Driver Kit.

Bosch 34618 18-Volt 1/2-Inch CompactTough Drill/Driver Kit Top Quality

Panasonic EY7440LN2L 14.4-Volt Lithium Ion Drill Driver Kit With Light This instant

This is the first time that I've used a truly precision drilling instrument, and it is a revelation. The fact that the motor has a braking system is very unusual for someone who has never used a drill of this precise before. I was used to having a motor just slow down and eventually stop. This motor literally stops on a dime. For novice drill users, this is quite an improvement over the usual 9.6 volt (which I'm not sure are even made anymore) minimum torque drills. This is definitely a tool for precision users as well, and if properly cared for (and Panasonic gives great instructions for this) then I fully expect to have this tool for a lifetime. I've never had a piece of equipment that was good enough to care enough about maintaining it and keeping it over long amount of time. I protect this thing like a computer or piece of high tech equipment, and I expect it last and be useful forever. A great selection for any type of user.Get more detail about Panasonic EY7440LN2L 14.4-Volt Lithium Ion Drill Driver Kit With Light.

I ordered this for my father for Father's Day. It looked like a very nice tool, and it had a very good price. I didn't expect any less from Amazon.com. Bosch 1199VSRK 8.5 Amp 1/2-Inch Hammer Drill Get it now!

I purchased this drill instead of a Milwaukee to save a few dollars and because I read that Bosch hammer drills are superior. I drilled less than 50 holes ranging in size from 5/16" to 1/2" before it died abruptly......no smoke, no smell; it just quit running. It acted like the switch was defective. Because the drill was out of warranty, I decided to open the case and check. The switch checked OK and the brushes and commutator were fine. As other reviews have stated, the motor was bad.

Nearly every power tool I own is a Milwaukee. Milwaukees have proven to be reliable for me. Trying to save a few dollars cost me in the long run. Lesson learned.Get more detail about Bosch 1199VSRK 8.5 Amp 1/2-Inch Hammer Drill.

Factory-Reconditioned Milwaukee 2401-82 12-Volt Lithium Ion Sub-Compact Driver Order Now

I bought this driver after looking at many different products and after reading reviews of several other brands. It has performed above my expectations. Long battery life and doesn't drain down much when not in use. Light and very powerful for a 12 volt driver. I really like the one-hand insert/release chuck and the battery monitor lights. I found out after I bought it that the company I work for has been using these on the production line with very good results.

Only issue that kept me from giving it five stars is the location of the forward/reverse switch, which I sometimes move inadvertently when using the trigger.

Delivery was very fast, and the reconditioned driver looks and performs the same as a new one.Get more detail about Factory-Reconditioned Milwaukee 2401-82 12-Volt Lithium Ion Sub-Compact Driver.

Makita 6408 4.9-Amp 3/8-Inch Drill Decide Now

I've owned a copy of this drill for a few years now, and it's held up pretty well. I have not really asked it to do heavy-duty remodeling or contractor-level work, but in comparison to a Craftsman, it is holding up *much* better. Bearing and gear noise are about the same as when new. (whereas the Craftsman is obviously galling its bearings). When driving many screws (10s, but not 100s) the exhaust air gets noticeably hot, enough so that I explicitly let it cool off. That said, though, it's been good enough that I got a pair for my father for Christmas, and he uses tools _hard_.Get more detail about Makita 6408 4.9-Amp 3/8-Inch Drill.

Lowest Price Factory-Reconditioned RIDGID ZRR86006 18-Volt Lithium Drill/Driver

Just going to give a quick review. You are basically purchasing a USED drill, don't confuse this with "reconditioned". I've bought other "reconditioned" tools in the past and they came looking like new or at least respectable. My drill arrived in a dirty bag, and was pretty well beat up. Granted it works fine but it looks worse than the 7 year old drill it replaced. One of my batteries is showing defective on the charger. Customer support at CPO Ridgid supposedly is sending a replacement battery but that was on March 6th and today is the 18th and still no battery. Also the batteries that came with it are not the ones shown in the picture, they are about 1 inch taller. If you are creative enough, you can buy a brand new drill, two new batteries and a charger for about $60 more, and if I were to do it again, that would be the way I would go. Since buying the drill, I have added the Max Select Cordless Planer (new), Fuego Cordless Reciprocating Saw (new), and Heavy Duty Cordless Circular Saw (new) and two more Ridgid tools bags for allot less than the Combo Kit offered at local home improvement store.Get more detail about Factory-Reconditioned RIDGID ZRR86006 18-Volt Lithium Drill/Driver.

Low Price Makita BTP140 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion Cordless Hybrid 4-Function Impact-Hammer-Driver-Drill Kit

FIRST OF ALL SHOW ME ANOTHER DRILL THAT HAS THE 4 FUNCTION FEATURE. . . . yea I didn't think you could, so bravo for Makita on that important point. If you don't care about doing an efficient project don't worry about getting this tool. I love efficient and streamlined work so naturally I enjoy this product from Makita. I have used this drill on a daily basis for about 2 years give or take in commercial enviornments and I am satisfied with what I have purchased, the ability to both hammer drill and impact drive in one light, slightly inconveninet package (and I only say that because the difficult gear changing). With this drill you sacrifice some power and tork but the benifits depend on your specific use each day. On most days I did not need to bring any other drill, once in a while I would have to bring my 454 Makita to do heavy penetrations (like one inch holes through concrete) but on an all around regular use day I only needed this tool.

Hey you have to get the right bits for this tool, duaa! Lowes carries 1/4" drive masonry bits and they are not that expensive and if you have some brains in your scull you can figure out that the bosch concrete ancor drive kit has a toob with a 1/4" drive socket in one end and a socket on the other end that will drive tap-cons (concrete screws I think they are usually 5/16") any way once you get all this together you can move fast on many projects only having to carry one drill.

This drill will not do well if you try to use it on structual concrete (high density) and you can not use a chuck adaptor to hammer drill, the drive function is not enough to hammer the assembly. Step bits in the adaptor are ok but again you have less tork (though there are two drilling speeds so really it's like a 5 function drill) so I have an old step bit that I used on impact setting and that gets through most stuff. The gear shifting is something that Makita really needs to work on. It is hard to shift nice and clean to get the function you want but after you get good at fighting and trouble shooting this obstical it is a minor glitch in an otherwise fast and smooth day of drill/driving.

On a high rise building where you are climbing multiple flights of stairs with all your tools daily this drill is a must have because you only have to worry about one drill not an impact driver and a drill, less to lose and less weight to carry. If this drill will fit your specific task and you use it daily it is well worth the money and I can't wait for a smoother shifting slighly more powerful model from Makita, an awsome drill non the less.

Discount Milwaukee 6791-21 Remodelers Kit 6.5 Amp Screwdriver with Assessory Package

This is an excellent quality tool. It comes in a heavy duty steel case that has a tray sized for accessories and several boxes of drywall or other screws. It is well balanced, easy to hold and use, and seems very durable.

I've experimented with it to see what it is good and not-so-good for. I am not in the drywall or deck business - or any other professional remodeling business for that matter. This tool is outstanding for its intended uses, which are primarily drywall installation and other high-volume applications where you are installing many of the same type fastener into the same type material. If you are looking just for something to help you run in a few screws for the occasional garage project, this tool would be overkill. Why? Because for each type of screw and building material (wood, drywall, particle board), you have to set it up with the correct bit holder, bit, and depth adapter, then you have to make a few test runs to set your desired depth. Once you are ready to go, it's a beautiful tool! You could really rip through a big project like drywall or a deck with this tool.

The depth adapters adjust to 1/64" (one easy twist-and-click per 1/64") and deliver consistent results, screw after screw. It handles Phillips-head, blade, and hex-head self-drilling screws. The clutch engages and disengages cleanly. It has a nice feel and is easy to use. I think you will like it!Get more detail about Milwaukee 6791-21 Remodelers Kit 6.5 Amp Screwdriver with Assessory Package.

Cheap Milwaukee 1676-6 Hole Hawg 7.5 Amp 1/2-Inch Joist and Stud Drill

I vaguely remember using those new fangled pistol grip drills for
something, along with first some spade bits, then some auger bits.
I got tired of waiting for batteries to recharge, so I got some
selfeed bits, and then drills started breaking and chucks started wobbling.

I picked up a hole hawg for a song. I looked like it had
been drug behind a truck and then used in the yard for a while. The
handles were missing, the cord was shot, but it ran.

After drilling umpteen holes for PEX tubing in joists, it's
still running with no problems, new handles, and a new cord.
It's been lent to friends, even the ones that already own new fangled
28V XRPM super titanium wireless LED cordless drills.

This is a quality tool. The aluminum holes on mine are even helicoiled.
There isn't a hint of wobble in the big jacobs chuck after all
the abuse it's been through. All the same, milwaukee makes
replacement parts cheap and easy. My Milwaukee drills are the
ones that have never needed switch or chuck replacements.

This is a heavy tool. You're not going to use it to shoot drywall
screws on the ceiling. You could, but you're a girly man.

This can be a dangerous tool. everyone has at least one story
about that new guy that got spun around and around 3 stories up
off the scaffold.

Remember to never never use the high torque (low) setting without a
pipe (it takes 3/4 steel threaded pipe) BRACED against something.
If it isn't braced, its going to turn around, smack everything in
its path, and pin the smackee against the next solid object.

Remember to hold it so that it will pull away from you, especially
when you use it in low without a brace.

Buying PowerSmith Maglithion MLDD12K2 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Compact Drill/Driver Kit with 2 Batteries

I bought this drill because my 12-volt Black & Decker cordless drill/driver needed a battery replacement which would have cost about $25-$30. I had no issues with the B&D but wanted to get something that was more compact with better battery life and since I had to purchase a battery anyway I thought I may as well go for something new. The PowerSmith has met all my expectations - light, compact, powerful, and excellent battery life. Like everyone has said the carry bag is kind of cheesy but to me it's sufficient. Shop For Heavy-Duty 3-Function 1" Impact Hammer Drill, SDS-Plus Bits, Chisels

I bought this with some hesitation based on the other reviews. And it's delivered accordingly. The instructions are useless, but luckily its a drill, so there's not much to figure out. The parts list is in German, so I'll need to find another one once I need parts. And I'm pretty certain I will. It came with an extra set of brushes, and the fact it started to smoke and smell of burning plastic/rubber after a few tapcon holes, I figured I wouldn't need to keep track of them for long.

Everything about it screams cheap, but for $60, what do you expect? Hundreds for a better one that will last, weighed against running this one into the ground left me with the decision to buy this one. I have a building I'm rehabbing, and if it makes it through all the concrete work I need to do, I'll be pleased. So far the brushes haven't burnt through, but I feel it a good idea to 'brush up' on my German nonetheless.

I wish they'd just send a drill in a case and knock off $5. The crappy goggles, gloves, bits, dab of grease - why? I haven't used the bits that came with it, and am a bit afraid to since this drill doesn't have any kind of clutch to keep your wrist/arm from breaking if the bit gets jammed or breaks.

Cheap hammer drill for cheap. So far, it's doing its job. It's got the power if it doesn't burn up.Get more detail about Heavy-Duty 3-Function 1" Impact Hammer Drill, SDS-Plus Bits, Chisels.

Milwaukee 5387-22 8.5 Amp 1/2-Inch Hammer Drill Review

I almost want to say "medium duty" but that implies this is a lightweight, and it toys with Milwaukee's Heavy Duty slogan.

For me, however, this falls between the V28 hammer drill that I use for most small tasks and the 5342-21 Rotary Hammer that I use to drill through fieldstone, thus it fits a niche between the other tools.

It is an excellent tool, and for most users it will be the most powerful drill they need. Although I am somewhat disappointed in it, most of that fault lies with my intended use exceeding its capabilities.

Although I'm sure it is great for brick and masonry and maybe even concrete, it handles longer holes clear through fieldstone and river rock with a bit of difficulty. A good part of the fault lies in the availability of bits that don't fall apart (most brands didn't survive more than an inch or so of cutting; to be fair, I didn't try Milwaukee or Hitachi brand bits; Irwin seemed to work the best).

The only reason I'm taking any stars off whatsoever, is that the chuck seemed to loosen up on me with most of the 1/2" bits I tried. It had no problem hanging on to the smaller bits I used for pilot holes, but it let go of quite a few other bits. With the Irwin bits, you can fit the 1/2" ones into the teeth of the chuck in a certain way and they will hold beautifully, but if you put them in off of that ideal axis or if you have a round 1/2" bit, it tends to slip, and that's not a good thing.

Although I had to step up to the rotary hammer to meet my needs, I still expect to get use from this drill in more suitable mediums ~ wood decks and fencing, especially, and perhaps some brick or so forth.Get more detail about Milwaukee 5387-22 8.5 Amp 1/2-Inch Hammer Drill.

Kawasaki 840051 Black 19.2-Volt 20-Piece Cordless Drill Kit This instant

Bought this drill and had it around for more than a couple of years. Decent power. Battery life was "ok" for a Home use tool. Quick charge so next battery was ready before the other one died.

The real issue I have is the drive stripped out a few months ago. I guess I overwhelmed it. Replaced it with the Mikita 18V Lithium Ion. I hate tearing up tools. I would not buy it if I was doing much more than hanging pictures and driving a few screws. It will not last long with heavy use.Get more detail about Kawasaki 840051 Black 19.2-Volt 20-Piece Cordless Drill Kit.

Bare-Tool Milwaukee 0824-20 18-Volt Cordless V18 Lithium-Ion 1/2-Inch Hammer Drill (Tool Only, No Battery) Immediately

I like lighter duty hammer drills like this one from Milwaukee as I can turn off the hammer action and just use it as a drill. With the heavy duty commercial hammer drills I can turn off the rotation but not the hammer action and for some drill bits the hammer action will quickly destroy the drill's cutting tips or even knock them off (as they are brazed onto the tool). The hammer action of this drill is adequate for small holes in masonry which is where we have used this drill. For large holes we have moved away from the TCT core drills to the laser welded dry cutting diamond core bits, like the ones from Blue Boar and Husqvarna, where no hammer action is needed or recommended.

The drill is an excellent drill though a bit on the heavy side for extended overhead use (where a Makita is a better choice). The best feature of the drill is its ability to use old NiCads that I had from an older Milwaukee 18v drill. Milwaukee has recently started to sell its new "M series" lithium-ion cordless which are replacing the old "V series" drills like this one. The "V" drills work with either the V lithium-ion batteries or the old NiCad batteries, but the new "M" drills work only with the new "M" type lithium-ion batteries.

Over time it will become more difficult to find the "V" batteries as this was a pretty short model run by Milwaukee. Anyone buying a drill they want to be able to use and get new batteries for over the next 5-10 years would be better off getting the M18 or another brand that is more stable in this regard.

One aspect of this drill that is much better over the new M18 is the design of the second handle which can be positioned (like the DeWalt XRP) anywhere in a 360 degree arc. The new M18 side handle has to be 90 degrees, left or right side, to the drill handle is quite a bit more limiting.

A nice aspect of the new Milwaukee M18 lithium-ion drills is that there are 2 different sizes of power packs so a lighter one can be used by many people who will not need the amps of the full pack and have a lighter drill to work with and the recharge times are half as long for the smaller battery packs. Something that is a little curious is that the Makita lithium-ion battery packs charge in 15 minutes while the small Milwaukee M-type battery packs take 30 minutes and the large battery packs take over an hour to charge.

For most people the full kit will be a better deal but if you have an old Milwaukee 18v NiCad drill and want to gradually ease into lithium-ion this would on the surface seem like a good approach. Unfortunately with the new M-type drills that will not work with either Milwaukee Ni-Cad or Milwaukee V-type lithium ion batteries, this drill is a bit of a dead end and a dubious investment over the long run.

Having been bit in the past by manufacturers that stopped producing batteries for early NiCad drivers and drills I am now much more cautious and want to verify the easy availability of replacement batteries (at local stores) before making a purchase decision. Whether Makita products are better or not is up for debate but their replacement batteries have the widest distribution of any manufacturer which should be a consideration.

If you are chucking your old NiCad batteries there are places including Home Depot that have recycling bins which keeps the deadly cadmium out of local landfills and the water supply.

Bare-Tool Milwaukee 2611-20 18-Volt Hammer Drill (Tool Only, No Battery) Best Quality

While it's counterpart M series driver drill lacks a bit in power this baby makes up the difference and more. I use this to drill my 2-1/8" lockset holes, about a half dozen here and there, no problem! And when on low, be careful she will hurt you if you don't have a steady grip.
Because of its extra weight I only use it for the heavy duty stuff or of course the hammer drill action. I use my smaller lightweight drills for everything else.
I bought the Milwaukee 5 piece combo kit a while back which had a rebate for an extra battery with the deal. Then I bought this hammer drill (bare tool only) for $99. On Amazon, haven't seen it that cheap since. The battery level indicator lights was the clench-er for me, that is sooooo sweet !!

Milwaukee 3002-1 Electricians Kit 7 Amp 1/2-Inch Right Angle Drill with D-Handle Decide Now

I have never been disappointed with ANY Milwaukee tool I have used, but this is a Rhino of a drill that will stand up to anything you throw at it! I believe these are all in plastic cases now (not sure of that) which is a bummer, but that's the way of the world. Plastic cases are great in a way, because they dont scratch and rust and stuff, but the metal boxes actually have STORAGE SPACE... a novel idea. All the plastic seems to do is protect the tool. I was originally going to buy a Milwaukee 5.5 Amp magnum drill with the hopes of someday handing it down to my son as a testament to the quality of an American Manufactured product. Then I read the reviews and the last one posted informed me that Milwaukee had outsourced the manufacturing of that drill to China. If I wanted a Chinese drill, I would have bought a Hitachi.

So I bought the Bosch, and am very impressed. it has just as much if not more power than the Milwaukee. I drilled holes with self feed bits up to 2 and 9/16s and the drill didn't even get warm. This is a high quality poece of machinery that seems built to last. It is made in Switzerland, But that sure beats China any day.Get more detail about Bosch 1034VSR 8 Amp 1/2-Inch Drill.

Lowest Price DEWALT DW966K-2 14.4-Volt Ni-Cad 3/8-Inch Cordless Right Angle Drill/Driver Kit

First off, I have to say that I own several DeWalt tools and LOVE them! I'm not a pro - I use mine for working around the house and general personal construction projects.
I wanted to get a right-angle drill for getting into hard-to-reach and confined areas (between joists, into corners, back of cabinets, etc.). I figured this would be a great drill to use.
When I received the drill I was disappointed. Granted, these are just my own opinions - but, hey, they're all I have to go on, right?
The drill came right out of the box dirty...not a good first impression. My first thought was that they had sent me a refurbished drill...but after closer inspection I figured it was new, just dirty. It also looked like it had been used (slight scuffing on the chuck and surrounding area).
Also, the drill was way bigger and heavier than I expected. I was suprised by how large it was...but that's probably my fault (I probably could've figured that out by doing more research first). It felt heavier than my full-size 18 volt Craftsman cordless drill. It also didn't fit my hand very well...I found it difficult to apply a good amount of pressure onto the drill bit and work the trigger at the same time with one hand.
In the end I sent it back and purchased the Milwaukee 0375-6 3.5 Amp 3/8-Inch Close Quarter Drill. Granted the milwaukee drill is corded, but it is REALLY nice - Very smooth - Easy to control the variable speed. So I now only have the frustration of dealing with a cord and a keyed chuck...but the drill fits my hand nice and feels easier to use.
Anyhow, that's just my 2 cents on the DeWalt right-angle drill.

Buying Heavy Duty 1240w Electric Demolition Jack Hammer

I removed a 3ft by 8ft pad of 4inch thick concrete with this. Worked good. Little tip is to let the jackhammer do the work dont try to force it through the concrete. And now I own a jackhammer so I will never have to rent one. Definitely made in china workmanship but it works.Get more detail about Heavy Duty 1240w Electric Demolition Jack Hammer.

Purchase Factory-Reconditioned Milwaukee 2611-84 18V Cordless M18 High Performance Hammer Drill Kit

This is by far the best drill I've used. In the past I've used Hitachi, Dewalt, Rigid, Porter Cable(worst drill there is), and Mikita. But from now on I'm going with Milwaulkie. Especially this drill. The power is unmatched to anything I've owned. And the fact that it recon. scared me a little. Not to mention the risk of ordering online. But I have to admitt I'm impressed with the preformance of this drill. When they mean high preformance, they mean it. I use this drill every day. The batteries last long. The torque is great. I'll never go back to another brand.Get more detail about Factory-Reconditioned Milwaukee 2611-84 18V Cordless M18 High Performance Hammer Drill Kit.

Order Factory-Reconditioned DEWALT DW511R Heavy-Duty 6.7 Amp 1/2-Inch VSR Single Speed Hammer Drill

I had tried using a 22 caliber nailer and my concrete was not being cooperative. I purchased this remanufactured Dewalt and have been VERY pleased.
For putting Tap-Cons in concrete it is absolutely perfect. If I were boring 3/4" or 1" holes in concrete all day, I'm sure I'd be better off with a heavier duty drill, but for small to medium hammer-drill duties, this is a wonderful tool, and I own it for what it would have cost me to rent one for 2 or 3 days. This works much better b/c often I only need one or two holes at a time. No regrets with this purchase.Get more detail about Factory-Reconditioned DEWALT DW511R Heavy-Duty 6.7 Amp 1/2-Inch VSR Single Speed Hammer Drill.

Milwaukee 3107-6 7.0 Amp 1/2-Inch Right Angle Drill with D-Handle

Every electrician I worked for had one of these and they are a great tool. I set the right angle drive head so it is at the "high" speed setting, the 3002 might have been the better call since it is a bit faster but I opted for the higher capacity drill. I was considering the hole hawg or super hawg but couldn't justify the extra weight, and the head on the 3107 is a bit smaller and slower speed overall than the super hawg and a lot smaller than the standard hole hawg. I'm not roughing in new houses every day or else one of the heavier tools might have been a better call (in which case I'd have opted for the makita DA4031). The reviews comparing the milwaukee 3107 to the comparable makita unit all pointed to the makita being slightly superior (easier to remove the chuck & to change the right angle drive unit, quieter operation, higher speed, reversing switch in a better location), regardless of all the pluses for the makita I opted for the milwaukee 3107 kit. I have extensive use with the milwaukee and know it is a great tool and long lasting, also the 5year warranty is a big plus over makita's 3year. In 2007 I jumped ship from milwaukee and bought a cordless LXT600 set from makita. While the tools are designed very well and have a lot of cool innovations that seemed to take milwaukee years to follow (LEDs for illumination), I had many annoying problems with them and a half dozen returns back to makita (sticking chucks, gear boxes stripped out, charger fan, sawzall recip mechanism), at that point I'd be using my trusty 14.4v milwaukee cordless hammerdrill to fill in the gaps.

So after all the bs I had to deal with the makita tools I decided to return to milwaukee, and I will do so if I end up replacing my current cordless set, but that won't be for several more years. The 3107 might not be as well designed a tool as the makita unit but it's a super solid traditional performer and I'm sure it won't disappoint, and it has a 5year warranty. I searched for reviews, real ones as opposed to bogus blatant endorsements, or weekenders and only found one where a plumber in CO had reviewed a bunch and it seemed legit. The blow molded case is a bummer for bit storage to fix it and make it useful you have to cut a hole in the plastic bridging the lower left & right "pockets".Get more detail about Milwaukee 3107-6 7.0 Amp 1/2-Inch Right Angle Drill with D-Handle.

Makita DA312DWD 12-Volt 3/8-Inch Cordless Angle Drill Kit Top Quality

As the Contractor, doing kitchen cabinet installation and refacing, I bought this Angle Drill as a subsidiary tool for hard to reach places and narrow opening door installation. This Drill is good to drill the holes, but it's very hard to use it as the screw driver, since it is very hard to control the driving speed. The Makita manufacturer should add 2-speed switch to this Drill-Driver as Dewalt did.Get more detail about Makita DA312DWD 12-Volt 3/8-Inch Cordless Angle Drill Kit.
