Most if not all the Lithium powered tools are coming as a kit with either a drill with two batteries and a charger and carrying case or the tool alone. In the Product Description it states . . . "One battery powers all Maglithion tools. Battery and Charger sold separately." Northern Tool does make it more clear however that the battery is not included with the phrase "Tool Only". I have the Drill "KIT" which comes with TWO batteries and the drill which by the way works GREAT for driving 4 inch dry wall screws into 2x4's the long way without even going to the highest torque setting.
