I received this drill-driver in a combination pack with a DeWalt impact driver. The DC984 drill-driver has a serious chuck wobble right out of the box. I tried it with several drill bits to ensure I didn't have a bent or damaged bit - it is definitely the chuck. My options are to send it back to the retailer (but I want and need the impact driver!) or get it to an authorized service center over one hundred miles away. I've never had problems with DeWalt tools before, so this is my first experience with their extremely poor customer service.
