This thing is a real work horse. It's got the torque to drill through anything. Before when I needed a drill such as this, I either borrowed one or rented one. But when I saw the price I bought it with no hesitation. I've bought other Milwaukee reconditioned tools before and they performed flawlessly. This drill performs and delivers like a new one. When I knew that I had some remodel work to do I knew I had to get this knowing that I could use it without the meter running. I can also take off the angle drive and use this drill to mix tile grout and ect. This thing rocks.
