I purchased this drill from Home Depot (Home Depot actually owns RIDGID) for my dad as a Christmas gift. It came with a charger, 2 batteries, two sided driver bit, and carrying bag. I originally wanted to get him a DeWalt, but the build quality on this drill is excellent and overall it is a great drill. I think the DeWalt DC720 might be a little better overall but it uses the old battery technology. The thing that sold me most is the Lifetime Service Agreement you get with this RIDGID product if you are the original owner and register the product within 90 days of purchase. This says it all: "The Lifetime Service Agreement provides the original owner of qualifying RIDGID® Brand tools a lifetime of free replacement batteries, free service and free replacement parts subject to the limitations set forth below."
